Parking garages are made of concrete. Concrete cracks in your parkade do more than make the entire structure look weak, aged, and degraded. Parkade cracks also make the structure more susceptible to water infiltration and further structural damage.

Water intrusion to parking garages is most commonly found from wall and floor cracks in the wall, floor/wall seams and wall/ceiling seams. Our team can repair the voids and stop the water intrusion. 

If the rebars in the concrete are becoming visible, they will eventually rust due to exposure. Rusted rebars will expand into the concrete, causing further damage and concrete spalling.   Our team can repair these problems as well.
